A browser is the program/app you use to browse the internet, an example would be Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. We would recommend using Google Chrome which is free and quick to download and install, this can be done by navigating to https://www.google.com/chrome/ then you only need to follow the instructions.
We advise against using multiple Google accounts in the same browser as this occasionally causes issues. We recommend using Google Chrome for the school account and another browser like Microsoft Edge for your personal accounts. This will minimise any chances of log in issues occuring.
There are multiple ways of getting to the Google login page. On the Google homepage, there is a Sign In button on the top right. Clicking it will bring you to the login page. You will also be brought to the login page when you try to access any Google service or app like Gmail.
To ensure your child can log in, please go to the Chenderit Learning Hub and click on Gmail. This will take you to the student log in page.
Once on the login page, type in the school email address assigned to your child. This will be provided by the school. Next you type the password.
Students can change their passwords in school on the computers, please do not change passwords from Google as this causes issues.
Please note that for new students, it will take a couple of days from attendance for the accounts to be created.
